Brandy Barth, St. Louis Attorney

Brandy Barth focuses her practice on employment law, representing clients in a broad spectrum of employment matters involving wrongful termination, Family and Medical Leave Act, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workers’ compensation, whistleblower retaliation and more. Brandy also has built a niche legal focus centered on the representation of executives who are departing from an organization and need legal counsel to evaluate severance and non-compete agreements.

Brandy is one of just a few attorneys in the St. Louis area who has developed a practice focused on defamation issues. In addition, she also has extensive experience in matters involving civil rights law, with a specific focus on representations involving clients who have been victims of police brutality, excessive force and wrongful imprisonment.

Brandy consistently represents clients with passion and integrity, and brings extensive legal experience to bear on behalf of each client, helping them to receive the most favorable resolution available to them. Her record of successful representations at trial includes achieving multi-million dollar judgments on behalf of her clients. Even more than monetary compensation, Brandy’s clients represent justice at work.
